I'm still trying to assess if the problems with my Internet connection are AOL's, BT's or my fault. [rolleyes]

Right now both BT and AOL are being un-cooperatively helpfull in blaiming each other, or famously telling me to switch the router off and on again to fix months of problems. I still need to check if my router has a new firmware upgrade that could solve the random disconnects and lack of nets I get, but we will see...

My cat certainly isn't impressed though!
